The emotion is depicted very well. A sort of, sad and glum, contemplation. The way you have drawn her eyes and facial expressions, really brings across her emotional state very well.
I also like the high contrast on the skin’s highlight.
Overall it’s a very well done drawing.

It’s not very important. But...
Related to the background.
I find the big blue star is slightly distracting.

While the other objects add to the drawings overall image and help bring colour and interest to the picture, I think, the blue star is slightly out of place and unbalancing.
It stands out for two reasons.
Primarily because it is a large, eye-catching single block of colour, and partially due to the small blue dot below it. The only thing outside the black border.
I’m not suggesting you don’t use large shapes in the future or to change this particular style. I’m just saying that sometimes the viewer's eyes are drawn to particular parts of a drawing that don’t need to be. To put it another way, there’s better things to be looking at.
