WIP:It is merely the lineart: I'm going to colour or ink itAncalagon, the Black, the greatest of the flying dragons at the siege of Gondolin
(form the Simarillion by Tolkien)
My idea is to paint the sky in dark red and the dragons in black (of course). Suggestions are appreciated!!

The way you've divided the image into those long panels is very elegant and striking. I can actually imagine this as a set of stained glass windows in a wall or door.

E' da tempo che io vorrei fare un qualcosa con in sfondo una vetrata gotica, ma non so cosa disegnarci dentro... il giorno in cui la farΓ² magari verrΓ² a prendere ispirazione da te :3

Gorgeous linework? Is okay for other people to colour as well? (Me, for instance?) I think a nice gradient of deep red rising to a deep night-blue would look great and set off the dragons nicely. ^_^
