More experimentation in polymer clay, done before the "Dead Face" piece. I have a papier mache "skull" overlayed with a few experimental things including thread, more polymer clay, and paint. Then I added an overly of polymer clay "skin" and baked it to see which would come through best. Definitely the polymer clay. I added a few details in his mouth with paint.This creature is actually from part of a story arc that includes the "Soul Assassin."

I love the vein work on him.
There was an albino adult model I used to follow on a few websites. and outside of her beauty it was the intricate network of veins etc under her skin that really made her gorgous. this in a vague round about way also reminds me of her.

wow... thank you! I am fascinated by patterns of veins and translucence of skin; I have always been very pale and could see the veins right under my skin. I'd stare at them when I was a kid... There was an albino (african american!) girl who came into a store where I worked; she was so beautiful! I was trying not to let her know I was staring at her but what really caught my eye were the veins at her temples and the ones running up the inside of her arm~ *sigh* ahh...

If i ever saw something like that crawling up to me id be so scared and i love looking at and encountering creepy scary things lol.
