A new caudipterid from the Lower Cretaceous of China with information on the evolution of the manus of Oviraptorosauria This restoration is more impressional and may not be completely scientific.
First,the holotype is skull-less. I drew its head a little bigger than typical caudipterid, to reflect the restoration of the head depends on guessing.
Second, some studies have found that the Caudipteryx is black.When I wanted to paint a similar color to Xingtianosaurus, I suddenly thought of Violet-backed Starling, so it became like this.
