Elephants already are really amazing creatures and four arm elephant is quit obvious refrense to god of fortune and children ganesha
Also... This makes me think of my late grandmother who had a collection of small elephant statues

It is a pretty awesome-looking character. I like the color palette and the way you've drawn and assembled jewelry to really make her look opulent yet without being too much, only adding to the mysticism of the character.
