Description
So this is my Disney Princess thing I was talking about from school.This project was inspired by my love for Tangled as well as Alphonse Mucha. He's amazing and I love his work, if you don't know him, please google naoww!
I just couldn't resist drawing Rapunzel in his style!
Now I know there is ALOT wrong with this, but I'm still pretty satisfied with it. I'd like to know what others think as well.
Some things I learned while rushing to finish this on time for class:
1. Most of the time I don't know what the frig I'm doing when it comes to coloring. It's hit or miss.
2. I will never draw again in a serious project without a reference or stock image
3. I will probably be drawing bald people for a while, I wanted to shoot myself while drawing her hair
4.Don't procrastinate.

I'm actually altering a frame to go along with this piece and then it will be auctioned off! I'll probably post the framed piece and the selling price later.
It's a locked away princess theme, so the frame will be here tower window. I'll probably put bars across it so it resembles a prison cell type thingy
Anywayy, critiques requested!

I like it, she looks sad though. Really nice job on the background; I almost didn't notice that was her on top of the tree.
Also, I think her hair looks fine, and I like the unique way you shaded by using the eraser to cut through the darkened parts.

Thank you for introducing me to the wonderful artist that is Alphonse Mucha! I've been obsessed with princesses lately . . . maybe because I've been reading a lot of Skip Beat lately.

Ohh yess, and Skip Beat is quite amazing as well. Your reading the manga? Now that goes farther than the tv series I hope? I'm dying to know if they'll make another season.

Yes the manga! Still ongoing and seems like it'll keep going and it goes wayyy farther than the anime. If they wanted to, I'd say they can even make two or three more seasons! I really hope they do make more of the anime because it was so colorful and I love seeing it come to life 8D
