It's called "Zero no Tsukaima" (The Familiar of Zero)
Basic Plot:
Louise is a noble girl who is terrible at magic, as her attempts usually result in an explosion. She is nicknamed "Louise the Zero" (hence the "Zero" in the title of the series) by her classmates, due to the inability to use any of the four magic elements.
Early in the school year at the Tristain Academy of Magic, the second year students perform a special ritual where they summon their "Familiar", which serves as their eternal protector and partner, and is usually some sort of magical creature.
But Louise summons Saito Hiraga, an ordinary teenage boy from Japan in an alternate universe, leaving her totally humiliated.
Due to the sacredness of the ritual, Louise reluctantly accepts Saito as her familiar, but proceeds to treat him as any other familiar, only much, much worse, making him wash her clothes, sleep on a bed of hay, and whipping him with a riding crop for little or no reason.
"The Familiar of Zero" follows the adventures of Louise and Saito as they help their classmates and friends, while occasionally blundering into situations where they risk their lives to save one another. Saito tries to find a way to get back to Japan, but he also has a mysterious power that allows him to wield swords and other weapons to perform heroic feats. They eventually learn the truth behind Louise's magical powers
There are 4 seasons of the anime series, plus an OVA in season 2.

Well, Louise matured a lot over the course of the series
and actually became quite likeable by the last season. She has a lot of fans, believe it or not.
SAO was pretty good and has already been dubbed into English. The end arc was excellent.
There's also an 'unofficial' sequel called 'Accel World' written by the same author.
Similar plot device (a virtual game world) that takes place a few decades after Sword Art Online.

Like I said I saw episode one not two so I already knew there was an english dub. And I could guess that about Louise. Seen enough anime to know how these things tend to play out. Also stop it your making me want to watch it so bad but im so busy! Agh what do I do?! My story is almost finished! I can't stop now! Sorry didn't mean to rant.
