This was actually a piece I had done awhile ago, but I never realized I hadn't submitted it. So I figured I might as well should post it.

This is an inking based off one of the famous Death Dealer paintings done by Frazetta (yes I'm obsessed with the guy). I figured I might as well try and take one of his paintings and turn it into an inking, and here was my take on it. I used a very different approach to this one, using alot of water to add different amounts of shading to the picture, instead of using just linework to reveal form. I think it came out pretty well, and closely resembles the actual painting, aside from the fact I didn't do the entire painting, just the actually main part of it. Perhaps I'll get around to trying to put in the rest of the painting, but we'll see.
