Well from a literal point of view
Humans, according to several tribes that commit cannibalism...along with a few psychos, human flesh is incredibly similar to pork taste wise
So I guess, humans are a bit of both?...as with pork, you can have something salty like....A porkchop or something a little more sweet like, Honey BBQ or something
