Description
The South Kalos leak is an infamous fake leak that came out in early 2016 after Magearna was revealed and before Sun and Moon were revealed. In this series, I'll make each of these slots real one way or another - If one idea is already done in the modern games, I'll do my own creative take on it. Maybe I'll throw in some 'mons of my own that aren't in that fake leak to help add more to Kalos' faults.

H-Gen, Oxygen, and H2Oter are pretty simple from the base, being molecules that become water - people obviously like the concept the fusion evolution like with evolving Mantyke. I've also done this a couple of times in my Legends Lojarym project as well, so I can throw my hand into some chemistry.
Hare-gen (a mixture of H-gen [the leak's name which is a corruption of Hydrogen] and hare) is a small spunky rabbit who likes to pick his fights whenever and wherever, no matter the size! They have a odd symbol on their head attaches them better to their basis - The element Hydrogen , which is highly flammable.
Ability: (1) Steam Engine
Gender Ratio: 50%M/50%F
Egg Group: Field;Amorphous
Height Range: Small
~Pokemon Dex Entry~
"Hare-gen are plenty seen in areas with high electric activity, these Pokemon are well known for their short tempers - as one Fire-type move can send them in full swing."
Hare-gen does have an evolution, but you need this next pokemon related to it to get it, think of it like getting Reversa from Yo-kai Watch or something idk
Bunloon (a mixture of bunny and balloon, as well as loon [If you're into gas-based inflation you were definitely called this once online]) is a round inflatable rabbit with a unique marking on their belly (which is more visible on the evolution) as they float about freely with no worries from predators as they can simply bounce away with ease.
Much like how Hare-gen is based on Hydrogen, Bunloon is based on the element Oxygen - you would know of it otherwise you wouldnt be able to read this...
Ability: (1) Levitate
Gender Ratio: 50%M/50%F
Egg Group: Field;Amorphous
Height Range: Small
~Pokemon Dex Entry~
"When you see a Bunloon, there's a good chance it'll come in pairs as they can generate electricity by simply touching each other. If there's any sign of threat either they float above it or build up momentum to bounce at full speed."
-Use the Duality Core, an item introduced in this entry here complete with an explanation, Hare-gen and Bunloon evolve together into Lagallon-
Lagallon (a mixture of Lagomorph (a taxonomic order for rabbits and pikas) and Gallon [a customary unit of measuring liquids]) is a sort of inflatable rabbit-like creature that resembles a Goodra-Lopunny hybrid, nobody knows where or how this thing exists but it's shown to have an odd ability to absorb water in it's elastic body.
Lorewise, these things are much similar to real rabbits, being cute pets that help with terraforming by adding bodies of water or as pests from the sheer weirdness of them and all. It's tail has a vent as an alternate means of obtaining liquid to gain mass if it's mouth is too far to reach a body of water.
The basis of this Pokemon is when I first played a Steam game called Tribal Hunter ; an odd and suggestive game where changing your size was like a double-edge sword where your attacks do more damage and have better range, but you become susceptible to instantly dying against foes with piercing attacks. The game is surprisingly challenging and reminds me of a Shantae-like, as I like to personally pair it with the Mario/Wariolikes currently entertaining the internet. I recommend it if you like challenging beat'em'ups or if you're horny for that stuff i guess... you loon.
I specifically based it on the Honey Dragon and Water Dragon enemies since I liked how they looked especially Goodra-like.
-The part where i explain about Hydro Well-
Anyways, it's ability is actually really complicated and is worth explaining before showing it with a brief description with the other stats - Hydro Well! This ability basically puts to use to the move trio of Stockpile , Spit Up , and Swallow as many things to interact with it. To start off, this Pokemon isn't limited to 3 like everyone else, but rather they can stockpile up to 5 times instead, they even come out with 1 layer already to use. This ability can also passively gain and lose Stockpiles in some ways:
Gains:
+ Using Stockpile normally (duh)
+ Getting hit by a Water-type move
+ At the end of a turn if Rain is up
Loses:
- Using Swallow or Spit Up (uses up all layers of Stockpile boosts)
- Getting affected by a Draining-based move (ex. Giga Drain or Drain Punch for one layer)
- At the end of a turn if Harsh Sunlight is up (one layer at a time)
- If the opponent uses Haze, it'll remove the Defense boosts but the form will be the same so you can benefit off of the base speed difference without the defenses to worry about.
Warning:
After gaining all 5 layers of stockpile, any more ways of gaining will do extra residual damage of 1/16 of their HP. And if you're really unlucky, there's a 20% chance they'll use a Water-typed version of Self-Destruct instead of the residual damage. This is to prevent stalling for going on for too long.
To balance it out if you use it with Spit Up and Swallow, here are the changes:
Spit Up:
Instead of the Spit Up being a base power of 100 x amount of stockpiles, it would be a base power of 75 to multiply off of.
Swallow:
1× → 25% of the user's maximum HP
2× → 33% of the user's maximum HP
3× → 50% of the user's maximum HP
4× → 67% of the user's maximum HP
5× → 100% of the user's maximum HP
As a bonus, there's a visual indicator of how many stockpiles they have based on which form they're in during battle. This only helps tie it better with its basis but will cost its speed.
Also, don't worry about it using Stored power as it would most likely not have access to use it due to doubles pairings - it WILL have access to Body Press though since Tribal Hunter's protag has a ground pound that becomes better with each form.
Ability: (1) Hydro Well - The user can have up to 5 Stockpiles, that it can obtain from Water-type sources. Although it'll become slower with each layer...
Gender Ratio: 50%M/50%F
Egg Group: Field;Amorphous
Height Range: Human-sized (at default size)
~Pokemon Dex Entry~
"Lagallon are quite divided towards trainers, as they can either help with developing electrolyzed lakes for others to benefit off of or they're simply pestered only due to their odd behavior. Some trainers who own a Vaporeon should keep a close eye on it though, as an empty Lagallon can be quite desperate for hydration."
