By the pottery teacher's house, in the stormy weather. Off the edge of the street there is the ocean.

The houses are little and square and packed in, but they are roomy on the inside.

And holy crud, powerlines. @__@

They were building a new sea-view mansion (large even by my standards) just off camera and a little behind, to the right side of the street. That thing was gonna be impressive. And they were working even in the spitting precip, until it really started raining.

Then I had the whole street to myself and my umbrella....
