Personality:
Mark likes to be overly confident with a mix of friendliness and kindness as he strives to help anyone he can. He tends to be a little bit of a flirt and loves to joke around when he’s not in his tamer side. When he has to stand up and be a tamer, he tends to be more of the serious and strict type. Mark likes to use teamwork rather than being alone, but he is very hard on people when they commit to an error or mistake. Not to mention, he is a little rude and can be very angry at the worst of times. But he only wants people to become great tamers which is his ultimate goal out of all of this. Due to his nearly six year experience of being a tamer, he tends to know the weak points or spot a weakness in a Digimon. Knowing when to attack, etc.

Background:
Somewhere in Portland, Oregon, a boy named Mark Katsuo was born. His father and mother couldn't agree on a name, so a compromise was made. His dad gave him an English name, named after his dad's great-great-great grandfather who helped fight for independence for the United States. On the other hand, his mother gave him her family's name Katsuo as she was apart of the ancient family. After that, Mark was raised by both of his parents to be a good young boy. However, he wouldn't see his Dad much of his life as a train accident had occurred in New York one day as a CIA agent. He was heading to his hotel room to drop off Mark while he was in the city for a meeting. However, in the resulting crash... his father was killed. Leaving Mark mostly unscaved, save for some bruises and a few cuts.

This left Mark really depressed and quite down for quite a while. His mother on the other hand decided to move to Japan after her husband's death. She was determined to raise Mark correctly in his honor. So she packed up their stuff and they moved to Kyoto, Japan where her father lived. As a wise old man, he was respectable and wise. It was through here that Mark got over his depression by being his student. As well as getting his strategy and tactics from due to the art of war that his grandpa taught him. Not too long after, his mother got a nice home in the city; but it was really expensive. However, she did it anyways. They moved again, this time his mother had to work a full time and a part time job just to make ends meet. All just for Mark so he had a roof over his head and food to eat.

One day however… When he got a Digimon Card Game for his computer at the age of 12 which was gifted to him by his grandparents back in America; Mark played it like mad due to his gift and obsession with the TGC. Something was off, it felt like something was watching him through the computer. So he essentially set out on a "quest" to find whatever was watching him, which he described it as a stalker. He was playing a Gaomon in the game which by the way, wasn't even an option in a game. Mark had thought it was a glitch or a bug but chose it anyway. He adored the Digimon because it looked cute but at the same time… badass. On that fateful date, he noticed a Blue Card just laying on his desk; one that he hadn't even seen before. Since there was nothing to lose from it, he swiped it with his card reader. The card reader he had turned into a Digivice, with the Blue Card mysteriously disappearing; and Gaomon slowly came out of the computer not too long later. Much to Mark’s surprise. Gaomon and Mark’s adventure began there.

Current Situation:
Mark is currently in his final months of being at a student in school, he's been busy lately with his studies which has made Gaomon start to cook for his beloved master. Gaomon isn't sure why he's been so enveloped in his studies. He respects his master's decision however and stands by him. Mark will soon graduate and go to college. Well, he isn't so sure what college he will attend. The Digimon attacks lately haven't been helping either. All he knows is that he has a lot on his mind and so does Gaomon; who doesn't know what is ahead of them.

Special Technique: Double Backhand: While spinning, this attack can strike an opponent with a tornado of punches.
Attack 1: Rolling Upper: By exploiting its leg strength that it has, this attack allows the Digimon to roll straight into the opponent's chest.
Attack 2: Gao Rush: Making light movements, this attack allows the Digimon to unleash a flurry of punches.

Information:
A subspecies of the Gazimon line; Gaomon is a bit sensitive towards his partner but is caring and nice towards fellow humans, tamers or Digimon. He tries to understand people in anyway shape or form. He lets his heart speak for him. He often doesn’t want to see people fight and will attempt to break up any fight. He is usually influenced by his partner’s emotions unless he has to be strong for him, which he can be. Gaomon is loyal to his partner and would do anything to protect him. He often checks in on Mark or does tasks for him. He’s usually a very happy person and cheerful. However, he can often get caught up in emotions and drama which can lower his mood. If things get awkward, he tends to act such or be embarrassed, or both. He usually refers to him as Mark though in battle, Sir comes out of his mouth. However, Mark has been letting him say Master more often which used to bother Mark a lot (him blushing brightly and getting embarrassed if in public). He's been training him on when is it is appropriate to say it and when it is not.

This means that his middle and last name translates to: "Wise Victory Hero" or "Wise Manly Hero".

Digimon:

Gao = Japanese onomatopeia for roaring.

So Gaomon's name can be "Roaringmon" or it can be nicknamed the "Roaring Digimon".

Back at it again! 3rd Digimon group! Note, this probably will be the last time I use a Gaomon for a Digimon group. I'd like more variety of Digimon to write about and such. Gaomon DOES get boring to me after a while. Funnily enough, I was originally planning to draw this app myself but thanks to an offer... I was able to commission. I wanted to go for with the font style to be like a Digital File that someone would use for keeping info about people. That is kinda the theme I wanted to go with. Haha.
