I agree with S-Man. The swearing turns it from a reaction image into "Star's an idiot." Kinda ruins it.

Her faciial expression already gives off the "Star's an idiot" vibe far more so than the "holy fuck" line, especially if one sees the full comic and its punchline on Gara's Pixiv. This was never meant as a reaction image just as a one panel preview of the full thing on pixiv.

Why do you wish for the word to be censored? If you do not agree with the conduct of the artist through the image, you don't have to look at it. Apologies that you feel that simple words lessens the value of an image. If you want something done, take the time to learn to draw and make the most G-rated art that you wish.
