Merry Christmas!
This is my tribute to all photographers on dA. We're all hunters, searching for the best light, the best moment, the best scenery. It's like a never-ending safari. With every shot we preserve a moment for infinity. Every shot could be "the shot". It all depends on the correct moment. We're obsessed to make this unique shot. I will never make this shot, But every time i grip my cam...I hope that this is the perfect day for the perfect shot ...

Just the other day I thought of this shot. I must have looked at 100 times, but for the life of me I couldn't remember whose it was. Over the past week or so I have been looking for it and, finally, I found it. Shouldn't have been too hard considering it is a top favorite! For some reason I remembered it being in color.
In any case, this was one of the best photographs I had ever seen, and it still is. Thank you!

The clouds!! They are perfect! The clarity in them is so strong! Not that I dislike the rest of the picture but the clouds are my favorite feature! Very nice! And imagine it you had been in a plane above those clouds...*swoon*

Die KontrastbewΓ€ltigung bei den Wolken ist ja ΓΌbermenschlich. Die GrΓΆΓenverhΓ€ltnisse sehen allerdings irgendwie falsch aus. Das ist immer das Problem wenn mann RealitΓ€t erfindet, mann hat so wenig anhaltspunkte.
Jedenfalls unheimlich interresantes Composing.

This is as close as it gets to a perfect shot ! Well, actualy, some people won't like the perfect compo, the brilliant sky, the amazing textures and overall athmosphere. Then again, the perfectly balanced BW and amazing DOF might not be to anyone's taste. People won't like this pic, they'll secretly hate you for being the one who shot it !
