Ah, Finder's Keepers, how I miss that splendid webcomic. Star Power is breathtakingly wonderful, but I'll always remember FK fondly, in no small part thanks to the lovely Lady Death.

I use photoshop's brush tool. Specifically Kyle's "Your New Favorite Inking Brush." If you've a copy of CC, you can download all of Kyle's brushes free.
