Just trying to understand - how Cartoon Network do such uncomplicated and interesting desing.
I don't like Powerpuff Girls so much but Him and Mojo Jojo have really interesting look.
As i always say - Great Desing Of Villian Could Save Any Show!

I could never rally tell is he was a guy or a girl when I was younger. (There's a clue in the name though)

I lold but...
