I really love how there's both wackyness, a sense of action and some fan service
The art style works fantastic here, and there's also a great use of colors 
I have never seen "Wheels on Meals", although it definitely is one of those movies I really wanna see, especially for the awesome fight scenes, although that's obvious since we're talking about Jackie Chan
Overall, fantastic drawing. Keep up the good work

PS. To all you "pervs" out there, you will probably NEVER find a nude lady
in a Jackie Chan film, just saying (I have not watched all of them, though
I'm pretty dang close and I haven't seen a nude lady yet)

Surprising as it may sound, there have been Jackie Chan films with nude women: Jackie rips a towel off of a woman to distract an opponent in "Operation Condor" (with "Austin Powers" framing so you don't actually see anything) and there's straight-up full frontal nudity in his American debut "The Protector."
