Nicely composed and executed.
Although, it seems to me that you should have "knocked back" the black of the background building rather than Spider-Mans costume-- so that it would appear further away; creating a greater sense of depth.
The signpost in the foreground should be the darkest element of the composition.

I always do that with old stuff of mine and my friends always tell me that they think it's great. It's about having a fresh pair of eyes looking at it. But, yeah. Some of my old stuff makes me cringe. It's all part of the learning/growing proccess, eh?
