Description
Mixing the Astérix universe with the Dragon Ball Universe; this is Astérix and Obélix as Vegeta and Nappa!I thought simply sticking them in Saiyan armors would have been too cheap, so I mixed the original Saiyan armors with their green gold-buckled belts.
Yes, that is a magic potion vial as Asterix's scouter. Didn't have any other good idea.
(by the way, the title shows "9000" in Roman numerals - they used that counting system used in Roman-conquered Gaul - so there is no need to make an "Over 9000" joke, I already did for you

Meilleur que le tome 33, parce qu'ici la parodie est assumée ! (ce qui me rappelle, au passage, certains extraits de "la Rentrée d'Astérix" où de tels niveaux de parodie étaient atteints, cette fois avec succès).

I read Asterix as a kid and it helped kindle my life long interest in ancient history.

I have seen images from the next Asterix movie "Asterix in the Mansions of the Gods 3D" and it will be in CGI 3D, but I dunno when it will come out but it is based on the comic "The Mansions of the Gods". My favorite was "Asterix and the Vikings" due to the stunning animation and excellent english voice acting (i.e. Paul Giamatti as Asterix, Brad Garret as Obelix, Jess Harnell as Cacophonix, etc.)
