This is impressive work! The gryphon's anatomy is so natural-looking; every part of it flows smoothly without looking rubbery, and it has a nice weighty look to it. I especially like how you handled the wings.

That said, I have a hard time seeing it as the size it's implied to be- having a tiny human next to it just doesn't seem to be enough; I don't think. Maybe if the cracks in the ground were smaller and more dense, or if the gryphon itself had more tiny details on it or something. I'm not sure; because right now it just looks like a tiger-sized gryphon next to a doll-sized human.
