looks great so far! love the lighting and textures. what brush do you usually use in painter, by the way? I do love the strokes in this artwork.

With Painter X I generally use one brush - Real Flat Opaque from the Real Bristle Brushes set at 40% opacity...

Generally the mass majority of my black linework and markings are straight from my scans, I literally just doodle down some sketchy lines on paper and implement then in PS.......

thanks for the reply! I gotta give Painter another try, I found the program a little too overwhelming last time, felt like there was too many tools and mediums to choose from.

No probs, I haven't even used most of the brushes in Painter yet, stumbled upon the one I like and have used it ever since!
