Exactly, PUBLC bathroom rape is bull made up by extremists Conservatives. ( Note, how I capitalized public. You still can get raped in a bathroom. But it's almost impossible too be raped in a public bathroom. Because there is usually people in there. So I'm pretty sure, someone will be able too notice it happening. Also even if a transgender raped someone in a public bathroom, it doesn't mean other transgender shouldn't be allowed too use the bathroom they feel most comfortable with. This is what I think, they should have trans bathrooms. I have no issue with trans people at all my reasoning is what if some random creep goes I'm trans and uses the wrong bathroom to be a perv. Trans people aren't the problem with this, it's other people.

I've always believed that if you look like a man, you should use the men's room, and if you look like a woman, you should use the women's room. It'd be pretty uncomfortable for a fully-transitioned transman to use the women's restroom, now wouldn't it?

also no doctor would let a child 8-13 fully transition and when a child that age does transition it is normally hormone blockers which are completely reversible so if a kid does regret it, they can reverse it.Β

Soon, If trans bathroom rights come about. ( And this is a trans person here. ) I think that a man wearing a party city wig will be able to pass by because of the trans bathroom rights. And nobody would speak against him because they wouldn't want to seem bad and hurt a "trans person". If you are trans, and haven't gotten your sexual organ. A gender neutral bathroom should be in place. Then, when you get your organ. You may use the bathroom of your choice.

yes, even people who dont wants sex reassignment surgery, whatever the reason, may it be money or inconvenience or wanting to be fertile or they've already gotten used to their own genitals from growing up with them, learning how to function with them, and find it unnecessary to change something that no one except maybe a close partner gets to see if it *does not affect how masculine or feminine they feel*, /yes/, even people who don't change their bodies to fit their minds are trans.
plus, nonsexual people! if someone is nonsexual, then the only thing they use their genitals for is *peeing*. if they are comfortable with their body enough where it's not worth taking such a big risk, do they really need surgery so they can pee a different way? their genitals do not decide what gender they are, however contradictory that seems. who are you to say what people do with their bodies?

Did you even read anything I said? First of all, trans people need dysphoria to be trans. And that dysphoria will only be settled when the person is the complete opposite gender. So, the people who don't want it I doubt are trans. And the people who can't get it at the time should go to GENDER NEUTRAL BATHROOMS. If you're in the middle of transitioning, you should be a gender neutral bathroom. And when you get to be the full other sex, you may be allowed into the bathroom of your sexual organ.Β
For you're same bathroom thing, that would NEVER work out. In a changing room, do you really think female children should be seeing grown men undressing? And, it will be even easier for pedophiles to target the opposite gender there.
