I love mermaids x333So I drew a mermaid Rei:3
I know her arms are long, but I liked it, so I left it this way~

Holy crud. You actually made the point where the fish tail starts low enough so that... *coughs*... well, there have been stories where men had made love to mermaids... how would they do that if... *punches self* I'm sure you get what I mean!

One thing I always look at for mermaids is a tail that can actually work - because when people draw them tiny and skinny, all I can think of is how on earth such a tail can be used to swim 
You commented on the arms - I think they may look a little long since her head is smaller compared to their size. I actually think making her head a bit bigger would've made them look just as fine. Though, really, it's easily overlooked since it's not that noticeable |D (In fact, I didn't notice it till you pointed it out, haha!).
As always, I /love/ how you draw Rei's hair! It's really admirable how you can draw her hair so long, yet make it look absolutely beautiful and flowing rather than too thick or stiff like some artist's mistakenly do.
Lastly - in commenting about Rei - I like the expression you chose for her. It makes me wonder what she's looking at, haha.
As for the background, the sky is awesome! And I like the little flare you put in there for the sunlight - it's a nice touch.

Tényéeg szép ^_^ bár a kő vagy szikla inkább, az kissé túl simának tűnik, hasonló felülete van mint a víznek, de tetszik az egész kép a szememnek, eltudnám nézegetni :3
