Now I've seen a few episodes...
Never felt this way about a show since Flight of The Conchords, but if this show doesn't come back for another season. I...will...SOB.

A lot of people, in the US and Japan, have been drawing these two characters. I have yet to see this show myself, but I'm taking it that it's good. I guess Gainex has finally made something to make up for that horrible, horrible mess that was the Disgaea anime series. I still wonder why anyone would name their child "Panty."

That dog is so Gir. It's just. It's so blatant.

It is, I believe last year Japan finally got Invader Zim as a translated show, and the Gainax producers loved Gir so much that they homage him in this dog design (Chuck).
But the show has some reminisces of Invader Zim, as well as some other American cartoons. Guess that's why I enjoy it so.
