Have you watched the new She-Ra series? I must admit I was sceptical at first, but I watched it a couple of months ago and NOW I'M IN LOVE!
It's the kind of girl-power show I would have loved when I was a kid, and the kind of story I want to show to my children! ♥

I fucking love the new She-Ra cartoon. Unlike the old show, it doesn't feel like a blatant ad for toys and actually puts in the effort to make engaging characters.

I must admit when I saw the character's redesign I thought "oooh no, here it is. Because of coooooooooourse, a for a women to be strong she has to be a male in a wiiiiiiiiig" and then when it was released and I read about people saying ALL of the characters where gay I was like "WHAAAAAT? Really??? where's the diversity in that!!!"
But then I started watching it
And kept watching it
AND FELL IN LOVE
The princesses are all oh so different, and the make characters are simply endearing!!!!
You can be feminine... or not! You can be tall, short, slim, chubby, confident, insecure, nasty, sweet, you can be however you want and still be a strong girl!!!!
