omg your work is amazing but i have a small problem because i want to be able to publish works like this that are just as amazing but when evre i do something with the scanner or try and create it myself it looks like i did it on paint i am using adobe photoshop what do you recomend i use

I definitely recommend Photoshop, it's what I use for nearly all of my art. I also use a Wacom because it's just like using a pen, drawing with a mouse (some people can do it really well!) just doesn't work for me! I have a tutorial / how I work deviation somewhere you can check out, it might give some ideas to get the lines and colours sharper?
