What's good: This is an excellent approach to the subject matter. Failure and disappointing her authority figures is certainly Twilight's greatest fear, and we've all seen how well she copes with even small failures such as a missed deadline. I for one would love to get inside that mare's head and find out just what has bred that phobia, when she's surrounded by loving friends and family who are extremely quick to forgive her and grant her a little grace when she needs it. You've done well capturing that fear here, with the muted colors and the 'F' marks standing out against the background.
What can be improved: As others have said, Twilight looks a bit big for her environment. Increasing the scope of her surroundings and making her appear smaller would go a long way toward really clinching the emotion you wish to portray with this scene. It would give a greater feeling of oppression and vulnerability.

I agree with That-one-fangirl, the cutoff wall is distracting, and maybe Twilight could look a little more scared. Other than that, the colour choice was brilliant - giving off a creepy and somber feeling, which made the bright red F's all the more imposing.

Very nice drawing! The only thing I have to say is maybe you should have made the wall go all the way to the top instead of just stoping, I think it would have made it look like she was more trapped. This is an amazing drawing, I love it!
