lol, I couldn't resist. I know this is not in spirit of the challenge, but I wanted to demonstrate the true nature of Samuel Hawkins, my OC in Fallout: New Vegas. He takes stoic to a whole new level XPAnd of course he doesn't wear Benny's suit into battle. He's a melee/unarmed fighter, so he's got to gear up ;D

Haha, I'm glad you like it X3! BUT YUS, you should too :3! Samuel Hawkins took on a life of his own--I had planned to make him this serious and cold, but secretly warm-hearted old man, but BAM, when I put him in action, he ended up being this middle-aged emotionless kick-butt kleptomaniac ambitious packrat XD
...not to mention under his hat he's got the greaser hairstyle, since he's a member of the Kings, when he started out with a more conservative style XD
But yes, you can take his suit--that's the only reason why I took Benny's life XD--I usually end up fighting with on Benny's suit anyway, despite having no protection. It only becomes a problem against the more powerful foes XP
