interesting design, but I see some problems:
-the gas piston under the barrel- it would possibly interfere with the realoading shells, it is normally just used on side fed weapons, but no normal AR or BR. However if its on one side, like on the AUG it is no problem.
-the safety switch is usually bigger on the FAL and G3 (and therefore much easier to use), but I donΒ΄t know if itΒ΄s easy to replace it in PMG, this woul probably make some photoshopping neccesary, so again, this problem is maybe unavoidable
- the mag release could be an issue with the best way to hold that weapon while shooting, what would be grabbing it on the mag-well/ magazine itself instead of the handguard
not to forget, but the good points on this weapon are: the big charging handle, the shell ejector without dust cover and the length, if you like carbines

I had a feeling the front upper part of the weapon would be cramped but I guess everything's a compromise, I may use your knowledge in the future to improve this design.
