My two favourite Nobodies from Kingdom Hearts 2: Axel and Namine. I just wanted to have the two interacting in a very subtle sort of way. This can be interpretted as either a platonic understanding of one another or perhaps something more. What connects these two is their caring natures towards Roxas and/or Sora. They are both unique and special characters who shouldn't have sacrificed as much as they did.Namine & Axel (c) Square Enix & Disney

awww. Those two characters really have a lot of pottential that there was never really any ellaboration on in KHII, since they both cared about Roxas quite a bit. This particular take comes across as quite heartwarming, ironicly

there is something between them if you think about it...in CoM he seemed to want to protect her a little bit...maybe he thought it would help keep Roxas

i think it's sweet. like axel's a big brother bodyguarding for roxas. both did sacrafice too much all for the sake of good.

I love the way they're looking at each other. There isn't a specific thing they're doing, or thinking, to go with those looks so it could be anything. It's beautiful. <3

Prolly two of my most favorite characters In KHII. Sadly they were given enough character devolopment in my opinion... or screen time for that matter. O.o I love how you've laid out the composition. It also helps that I am (secretly) a Namine/Axel crack shipper.

Namine`s so very pretty here. That faint, warm smile. The white and black contrast is gorgeous. Namine`s room has that nostalgic sweet atmosphere to it which brings out the theme of this pic.

i love the subtle way namine is looking at axel! she looks like its so casual and they both look so relaxed about it! u draw them so well! The expressions is whats really great about the picture though!

I really do think that somewhere inside these people there is an essense of a heart somewhere. I mean, they yearn to have a heart, right? Where does that yearning come from? Emotions~

Yes, I agree entirely. Although the lack of characterization gave leeway to potential brain spasms for the fans, it would have been nice to see more depth to them, thus producing more story/background. I'm curious as to who Axel was before he lost his heart (as well as why Namine wasn't worthy enough to join the Organization and don a name that had an "x" in it like the others.
