My own little Mortar Headd design.for those of you who wonder what a Mortar Headd is, itβs the name of the mecha in the manga Five Star Stories, created by Mamoru Nagano

I dig the speid, there'd be some horrendous impact on a blade balanced like that, though I can't imagine its output at a shade more than a trillion HP. It'd probably be on par with the mass-produced Ashura Temple MH's from the looks of things. Of course, FSS being what it is, this beast may surprise.

Simply amazing. One of the best fan made Mortar Headds from the Japanese Five Star Stories manga I've ever seen. And there aren't many...mores the pity. This has all the great styling motifs of a classic Nagano mecha but is clearly an original. I'm simply blown away by the quality. Even the name is great, collaborative or not. Great work!

I've got a few 5 star stories books that I bought in Japan. Most of them have beautiful colored mortar head designs on the first few pages. This one would be right at home in there. Mamoru Nagano would be proud!

This mecha's detail goes beyond belief, the joints specially, one thing that most mecha designers/fans tend to overlook, I've never seen "Fivestar stories" but this mecha has certainly made me interested on them.

The little touches of detail is what attracts me most to your work. The intricities in the spinal areas, the joints, and most specifically the hands.
