Yeah, they leave the lights up until the stock show is over...tradition.
I don't have the exposure times with me, but off the top of my head, I think they were from 4 to 30 seconds.

Yeah, it was pretty darn colorful. but the hdr did help them pop just a little bit more. It's quite the building to see in person.
