Setting a firm date on some of these old postcard is problematic. I'll bet that not a few of these go as far back as 1870's based on other, firmly dated, images I've seen.

I'm not certain that all these are over 100 years old. Some look like they were taken in the 60's and 70's and a few even later.
I agree that most vintage photos taken on or before 1923 are in the public domain, but some are copyrighted by the photographers' families or other owners of the images.
You, yourself, state in this ID that you don't "think" anyone owns the rights.
You might want to check the original sources, if at all possible, to protect yourself.
I'm not trying to be negative or hinder your fine stock in any way at all. As a matter of fact, I will probably use some as references for paintings.
