I've noticed you seem to draw the head too far back and the breast too forward. It breaks the whole image and only causes me to think "wtf!?" than think "WOW" even thogh your skill is certainly worth the applause.

This really catches my eye because not only is the coloring gorgeous, but she has pretty amazing legs. I had to say it, I was staring at them for a while.

Both of her hands look crappy. The right one is twisted and the left one is not aligned to her forearm.
Aside from those obvious flaws though, this is not bad.

The phrase you are desperately searching for, and failing to find, is "exaggerated proportions". It's a very normal thing to do in cartoon art, particularly when you're working in superhero or Manga styles. A glance at the source material does suggest that it's normally drawn in a fairly realistic style though.
That said, the pink hair, proportions, facial features, very high rounded boobs, long limbs and pantie shot all make me think that this piece is deliberately drawn in a Manga style.
