Genzoman I am generally a fan of your work, and not a paranoid censorship guy... but this looks a lot like "the sexualization of a minor" (to use the Deviantart terminology). I cannot believe that this character is intended to be 18+ years old.
Of course people can look or not look, but the horrible creepers that are out there searching for this stuff and are then fueled to view real children as sexual objects... and then perhaps act on it are a monstrous problem in the real world.
Just one guys opinion. I am not familiar with the Cuore character, but regardless of the back story this image worried me.
Your technique and phenomenal skill are beyond reproach.

I don't think she looks sexualized either. The mere presence of breasts does not mean anything sexual. I mean, it's considered perfectly normal for us men to go around topless, and there is no immediate sexual connotation to it. The expression of her face doesn't seem to be "seductive" or even "rebellious"- she just looks happy. Whether or not it's sexual is in the eye of the beholder.
As for her being a minor... I don't honestly know. But I can buy someone who looks like that being of age. Young, certainly, but there are women out there who simply retain a girlish appearance into their adulthood. And unfortunately, there are people who will try to take advantage of this, as some kind of "next best thing to underage porn"... as if underage porn was a good thing to begin with (it isn't).
In other words, I can see why you might be concerned- but I don't think you probably need to be.

I wasn't trying to portrait a minor, instead I was trying to draw a non-voluptuous skinny lady.
The issue is that we are conditioned by the media:
If you draw a voluptuous lady, you are objectivizing women, If you draw a non-voluptuous lady, you are sexualizing a minor.
It´s also about context: she is just stand there, it´s not a sexual behavior, nudity is not sexual by default.

Some searching on Google regarding the character brought up several other characters with no visual similarity to Genzoman's sketch, so I'm inclined to believe this is a sketch of a made-up character Genzoman felt like drawing at the time. While she does look on the young side, there is nothing to say that she isn't of legal age. There are lots of cases where someone looks like a minor but is actually a mature adult both in art and in life. Even her apparent age based on her looks is arguable, and the subject certainly isn't portrayed in a sexual or suggestive manner, so in this case I'm going to go with the opinion of letting the artist draw what he wants and damn the consequences.
There are a lot of fetishes in the world, and each of them have a following of people who get off on them. If we restricted ourselves to only making art that wouldn't generate some sick sexual pleasure from some random guy in the world, there would be practically no art ever made.
The people who like Cuore for the wrong reasons will do what they like. The rest of us will simply enjoy it for the fine piece of work that it is.
