He would lose most if not all of his magical power, though there are those who use the gestalt energy of con's to regain some of their power.

One last question... the size of a woman's chest varies so if she would like to make her self stronger would the ways of dungeons and dragons, magic the gathering, and watching animé all day also work for her?

It is so that female teams of all sorts congregate to pool their busty magic for great undertakings, and that one business man of the west abused this to make one of most successful taverns in the lands.

Yet some woman are born with more wizardry than others as all are selected after their teens to start practicing wizardry, while the unfortunate will never move past simple parlor tricks like their male counterparts.
It is also known that sorceress are at their prime from their 40's to 50's, while it is also believed that most have husbands that steward the wizards den and look after children during this period of greatness.

Magic is a wondrous force for both, where one requires luck and jolly cooperation,  the other boundless frustration and self control.
There are tales of Wizards that have mastered their mortality and grow ever more powerful through the ages of abstinence and practice, some have taken to the void to learn the universes secrets alone in the dark. The return of such solitary gods is often feared, and used as tales to frighten children. There are also enigmatic sorceresses that have managed to gather greater and greater following, that has led to the current golden age of magic under the queens sorceress legion. But should one or more stray and cause infighting amongst them then the Kingdom of magic they created might shatter, for the sisterly love that binds it would no longer hold it together.

And that is one of the stories of modern magic and wizardry! *closes his book*

I see then I must truly thank you for bestowing upon me a piece of thy ever growing knowledge *curtsy* and I must now be off for I now seek to accomplish a goal of reaching my prime before my chest begins to sag and to do so I, too, must expand my knowledge of the arts by not only through reading ancient tomes and watching anime but to also learn from other busty sorceresses so that as my chest grows further so may my power.

(Btw you seriously need to write a fanfiction about this because this sounds kinda pervy but really cool. I'll even help anyway I can )

Umm, Space Wizards derive their magic from smoking space grass,
so maybe boob size does not apply? I dunno. Hah

Pretty cool, you still doing work for them?  Also I did some searching for this piece on a card and couldn't find anything. Based on the subject of the art it was most likely an Action card or a spell.
