Always. It's the *only* way to wear the great kilt. Mine is a stunning Cobalt Blue with Black and Grey.

Not Black Watch, far from it. The Black Watch is a beautiful dark green, black, and dark blue. It is by far one of the more readily available tartans here in the states.
