It almost looks as if he is bowed in prayer...
Remember the minds that conceived the city, remember the hands that built it.
Remember the people who maned its stations, and all the dreams that filled it.
Remember the ambitions of the men who walked in its towers that were built so high.
Remember the vagabonds that slept in the streets who were only just trying to get by.
Remember the protests, the marches in the street, the calls for things to change.
Remember the festivals, done year after year, somethings always stayed the same.
Remember the cheers of the graduates of knowledge, off to the world they'd go.
Remember the holidays, lights in the streets, and all those gone would come home.
Remember the valor of its guardians and stewards, who vowed to serve and defend.
Remember each citizen, their triumphs and stumbles, and how they all came to blend.
Remember each voice, each song, each whisper, each fantasy spun and dispelled.
Remember the echoes, they're all that remain, you may still hear the stories they tell.
"Remember my love?" "Remember my dream?" "Remember my ambitions and hope?"
"Remember my battle to fight back the wolves, and keep the city afloat?"
"Remember the food I served in the street?" "Remember the music I played?"
"Remember the grades I got in school?" "Remember my routine every day?"
Each voice is unique, but they all say the same: remember, remember it all.
"Remember the dance we all did in the streets, until the curtain would fall."
Remember its glory, remember its shames, first sunrise and last sunset.
Remember it all, the good and the bad, and please just never forget.

The man overlooking the city looks so sad. I can only imagine what you're going to do with this, as awesome as it's looking already and everything, I'll bet it's amazing when you really get down to working on it...just wow.
