If you want to fly you need wings...In this package are 11 PNG (Portable Network Graphics) images of various types of wings, all with transparency.
Also included in the pack is a wing template png image with 6 wings, also with transparency.

I cannot seem to.. no matter how hard I try instal these brushes onto gimp. I have done everything I could possibly think of.

These are PNG image and not brushes.
If you place them into your GIMP User Brushes folder, they will not show up as a usable brush.Β
You would need to open the images in GIMP and export them as .gbr files to make them usable as GIMP brushes.
