Great art of Boba Fett. It looks slightly better than the other version, imo.

Yay! There is not enough awesome art of Boba Fett out there. This looks fantastic! A couple things to work on..it looks like Boba's hand is facing the camera, and yet it looks like the gun is angled to the left.  

Also, on a similar note, it looks as though Boba is looking more towards the center, but the gun is shooting left. Granted he could be looking in the direction the gun is shooting even though his helmet isn't facing that way. I just looked at your other version and can see now that it looks like it's in the correct perspective, but in this version it doesn't "read" that way because the nozzle is covered by the light. 

Other than that, this is really impressive. Awesome background, the folds on his clothes look good, his helmet looks awesome.
