Second, that was Israel that came to the Palestinians for Peace talks, but the Palestinians kept on killing Israeli civillians, and sending rockets to populated areas.

Hi, I think this painting has caused a lot of controversy, I have recieved a lot of feedback like this, and I understand, I know is a very complex situation, also is very complex to tell you what I want to say with this painting, but I'll try.
I understand how it feels, I might not be there but El Salvador, where I live, also has had several wars and countries, also my country lives some stupid violence everyday because of the maras, drugdeales, orginized crime, so I know what is like to lose a friend.
And I understand your point, is like in the times of the holocaust I would have made a painting about nazis making peace with jews, that would have been wrong, so in this painting I'm not talking about "Zionist" and Palestinian, I'm talking about Jews and Palestinian, that is something very different,as we couldn't generalize every german was a nazi, we cannot generalize every jew is a zionist, I bet there is a lot of people from both part who want peace, coexisting together, as I told other friend, as a person outside that conflict, I hate living in a divided world, because of prejudgments, racism, ideologies, or whatever.

I know is a very complex and serious subject, El Salvador, the country I live in also had have several wars, the indigenous people against the goverment, with our neighbor country that is Honduras and a civil war, and those conflicts never let us something positive, the thing is that I just hate living in a divided world, where I must think that certain group of people are bad guys and the other the good ones, also is sad to think that the only solution for a conflict would be to hate and completly eliminate a certain group of people, as I told you at the beginning is a very complex subjet, and I apologize, my intentions nevere were to offend anyone, Iยดm just a simple human being in this world whose opinion is that the best thing would be to have peace.
