While bringing Felicia's muscle to proportion with her calves and forearms does make her more balanced and graceful, I can't place what some of these muscles are. I'm not putting this down, I like the idea, expression, and I LOVE the attention to detail, but I'm quickly reminded of Rob Leifeld's Captain America Armor.
On Another note, what about the muscles in her tale? That could be really cool.
