Description
This is a Gaelic spring festival, which is celebrated on 1 May. This is the "counterpoint" of Samhain. If you pay attention enough you can hear or see fairies or the Fairy Queen herself under a hawthorn. Bealtaine is the festival of fertility, love, new and positive things and reborn.On my drawing you can see a pregnant woman, a maypole, rabbits, a coming fairy, a lot of flowers and butterflies.
I drew this with watercolor, colored pencils and felt-tip pen.
