Those soft keys were part of the alphablue theme for theme chooser [link]

I'm using this [link] as an easy way to create a crisp looking device frame

Thanks! Seems like you're using the stock Jellybean LS, am i correct? You get the Navigationbar with Widgetlocker, though it's quite useless on the LS. Wish there was an option on Widgetlocker to turn it off.

Hm, that's odd. Never saw that stock ring on Widgetlocker, even when i was using AOKP. My only advice would be uninstalling and reinstalling Widgetlocker. Maybe it's some rouge Rom setting? I'm sorry, seems like i can't help you with that
