photoshopCS.. you can actually do it on any version if you have the right skills.

i used photoshop CS for that piece.
now i use the CS3 version.

oh nice. I got CS4 Extended... But I haven't started using it... I don't know any new features either... Since previous to CS4 Extended I used Photoshop 7... which is quite old now. lol

It's happened a lot of times when I'm driving down the highway.

friend: look at that beautiful sunset/huge moon/horrible accident etc. Pity we don't have a camera.
me: Quick! Get my phone! I MUST PHOTOGRAPH IT!

And as you very well know, pictures from phones aren't exactly the best... especially from inside a moving car, behind a dirty, insect-splattered windscreen.
