This is a witch from the dark eye / das schwarze Auge Universe- I kind of like to think that she was drinking with her friends when some drunken twerp insulted her and asked her to step outside. She still holds her drink, to give him a chance to feel sorry and ask for forgiveness. But as soon, as she is forced to toss her glass aside, the drunken idiot is in for a world of hurt. Right now she is still thinking about just teaching him a lesson with her parrying-dagger - but if he keeps calling her friends names, this might not be an option for long...
