Um... Yeah...Me and Wren...I drew it to prove that I am, in fact, NOT WREN... even though she was based on me, she has sprouted a personality of her own that is not mine.
She's also not fully coloured...
And I'm not smoking... I'm holding prismas...which are also not coloured....
Yeah... this will eventually end up in my not coloured junk pile.... but not right now. Because right now... it's cute.

Very nice! ^^ Prismacolor markers I presume? <.< Could you give any tips on how to color better with them? Would watercolor paper work well for them? Thank you! ^^

Uhm... best tip I can give? Practice! It took me a while to learn, and I still have a lot of room for improvement.
Use marker paper... it's not as hard on your markers, and makes the overall picture look better, because the colours are truer.
It takes time, but I'm sure you'll get it!

Uhm.. it depends what size you get... it's not uncommon for a standard sketchbook size to cost about ten bucks...
Um... there are lots of brands... and most of them are good... I'd have to dig out my sketchbooks and see the brand I'm currently using, since it pleases.
I tend to hop around, though, and I suggest the same. Find a brand that works for you and all that jazz.
