My sloppy attempt. What's he disturbed about? Did Neltharion discovered Velen's secret stash? I mean, how else did Velen gain his power over the Sight, aka Prescient Vision.
Oh, wait, I get it. Velen is a Spice Melange junkie like Nozdormu is.
And yes, I gave him pupils. Why? Because the whole blank glowing eyes looked funny and didn't help with the expression. It just made him look blind. Now when I color him, I do have special way of making glowing eyes and still giving them some form of pupil so it does appear they are looking at something.

Yeah... It somehow happened that I got into the Dune series only recently and I'm reading book 3 atm.
I just thought... What if Velen = terribly malformed Leto II?
