Description
Fierce half-man and half-fish warriors who protect the caverns of The Cove from all manner of invaders, these pelagic beings are in constant war with mermaids because they consider them aberrant beings (ignoring the fact that females of their species look a lot like mermaids, if not for their legs and blue and revalued skin)

They forge their weapons with everything they recover from the many shipwrecks that come from the coast, they use harpoons as spears and sometimes they use ship hatches as shields.

Bestiary reader's note: They are apparently devoted to the gods of the sea, water, and marine fauna, but they especially worship an incredibly powerful sea deity that I met a few times on my travels, The Mighty sea lord Cthulhu.
