Overall looks great! Love the terragen, very well done, and the colors are great.
So I'll just do some nitpicking so that you get the critique you want
Only big thing, is the yellow bandy part rings? If so, I should probably look much more like a rocky asteroid belt at that distance since it's being viewed from the planet they surrond.
The large moon texture looks a little flat, but the design of it is great, maybe just some more on the shadows/highlights to give it just a little depth.
And the large dark mountain on the far right makes the space look a little funny until you realize what you're looking at, maybe darkening the space dust just around the edge would give it that space so that it stands out more.
But those are just little things, the piece really does look great!
